the staff were helpful and friendly. the room was super tidy. good facilities were at the hotel.

The food menus are limited. we stayed for one week, and by day 3 we were not keen to eat the hotel food. breakfast spread is amazing. it's the exactly the same food every day.

amazing stay!!

the staff was super courteous and always ready to help. the housekeeping team responded FAST when my little one made a mess on the bed! i am impressed. breakfast was delicious with great ingredients, like, seriously AMAZING!!!

the front desk and hotel manager did not communicate about my spa pre-payment. they added it to my invoice! it caused unnecessary confusion.

I enjoyed the pastries near reception. Especially that matcha cookie, it was yummy. the coffee was great whether i had a cappuccino or a flat white. everything was perfectly made. the food was AMAZING!!!

the hotel has a lovely zen feel to it! the staff were friendly and super attentive. the beautiful smell of the room was a delight

I hated the bath and shower. It had a massive ledge to step in!
